Or rather, how significant we are. I really appreciated the balance
provided by their trip into the Oak tree (I get really bored with space
stuff :). You see something huge beyond comprehension and then go to
something tiny beyond comprehension...

And as an individual, you stand somewhere in the middle of all of it, and
you certainly have the power to make or break the "right hand" of the
spectrum, which is within orders of magnitude of the "left hand" of the
spectrum. Think of all the organisms that rely on the carbon atoms in that
Oak. Then maybe you won't feel so small :)
