Chris,

Rick and Bernie both got a fax from USFWS folks as soon as it was posted to
the southeastern region FWS web site. The official notice will be published
in the 5 May Federal Register.

I'll save everything I can find. Man, this has been a long time coming...
maybe now we can get some folks that have sturgeon experience working with
the captive breeding program rather than the blundering State folks that
have managed to kill three fish so far...

Any bets as to how long before the Tenn-Tom committee pulls out of the
conservation agreement?
