hey mark...
that pic is a little blurry... maybe steve can experiment with some closeups.
that camera he has is cool.
but we caught both species.
greensides, a few...
and a lot of bluesides. bluesides and speckleds are very similiar. the
bluesides were caught in the paint rock were generally slightly past prime
breeding colors. however the several we caught later that day in spring
locales were quite intense... a very vivid metallic blue. dave said that
because of the lower water temp in the springs and runs is why they were
still retaining their breeding color.
