I can attest to that. While sampling Missouri River backwaters for the
Nebraska Game and Parks Comm, we had 4-footers in our frame nets on a number
of occassions.

Did you know that one of the original Star Wars characters (Admiral Ackbar)
was modeled after the bighead carp? Compare the side profile of the
character on the left side of the image...
