You better take the adults out. My usual practice with "spot-spawners" such
as Characins, and Corydoras. For Angels I take the eggs out on the leaf. If
the Madtom eggs don4t adhese too much you could hose them out into a small
container and transfer to another tank. Fish eggs are in general much harder
than we think (with certain exceptions - Madtoms?).
