1: They tend to fish the same 5 or 6 spots over and over in vast numbers
while bringing their screaming kids and their defecating dogs along.
And 2: They are usually are riding your back bumper no matter how fast over
the speed limit you are going at any given time.
Using these two methods, it is quite easy to spot human idiots. They also
tend to be the people irritating everyone else around them.
