No other chance than draining the pond and scooping the fish out. Or wait
for at least 200C below zero - then they4ll probably come to the surface ;-)

I have a pond of 15.000 l (little less than 4.000 gals) and constructed it
in the way that I have one deep water zone and the rest is rather shallow.
So for my fish (SRBDs, Fundulus catenatus) I only have to drain the pond so
that the fish are in the deep water - no escape.
