NANFA-- boiled snakehead

It comes down to what it usually does. As far as I know every state has laws
banning the introduction of exotic species into its waters. It is already
illegal to do this. But instead of enforcing these laws, which includes
educating the public about it, it is easier just to pile on more regulation.
The more things illegal, the more money generated in fines after all.

That is it, plain and simple. Why I find this whole thing so irritating.

Either that or the people pushing this legislation through thought the
snakehead movie on the SCI-FI channel was non-fiction, as evidence by the
reactions of some.
