bound to be fish eggs... so many. there were hundreds maybe thousands.
certainly not insects.
frogs are generally in back water drying pools and strung together.
hellbender?
w/ my limited knowledge i would still say w/ 90% certainty that they are some
kind of fish. hopefully the few i collected will hatch out!
