NANFA-- how do they mean it

Don't know -
depends on the final language of the legislation, which I've not read, as
well as the proposed regs to implement it which will follow. Bill language is
searchable thru Thomas. Probably includes some grant money which
organizations might apply for. Anyone/any organization (including NANFA ) can
comment on the the proposed regs, which will be published in the fed
register..

Sounds great! I have been going down to the Glades every year for a while
now and am very happy to hear about the project to restore it. When they
mean restoring, how do they mean it, in which ways are they going to restore
it?
