I thought that this was a joke but Fishes of Virginia, a $100 + book, is
being sold for $10 plus $5 shipping. Its available through American
Fisheries Society:

The catch - it is on sale for AFS members only, but AFS may sell it at a
higher price to non-members. Number for book sales is 412-741-5700 but I
have been unable to get through. Another possibility is that an AFS member
could buy one for you.
