Hi Mark,

I know that this is not the book you are looking for, but the Missouri Dept.
of Conservation published a wonderful book entitled "Missouri Naiades" that
covers every freshwater clam in the state, and of course many of these have
ranges that extend far beyond the waters of just that state. The book cost
me less than five dollars if I remember correctly.
