RE: NANFA-- k-12 programs?

well ACTUALLY...what has been keeping me so busy this last month and not
able to collect in ohio is that for the last year my senior thesis has
involved assembling a large consortium of colleges k-12 teachers public and
private industries to create a watershed ecology/biomonitoring curricula
that meets the standards that the Ohio Board of edcuation puts out. this
would specifically be for the Cuyahog River from its beginings to akron. We
have done some of it already testing in summit county and the akron schools,
have a private biomonitoring firm on board as well as the cuyahoga valley
national park environmental education center AND i just got back from
presenting at the National Sciene Teachers Association conference in
portland and have several book, resource suppliers intersted as well as
Intel. but its hush hush development especially because of the large size of
grant being applied. i do have more info that was hardly even a summary.
