Just make sure kids don't play with them. A friend's kid
cut off circulation in her finger when she tried to make a
"ring" out of one. Even adults have got to be careful as
the ties simply cannot be undone.

They are being used as economical restraints/handcuffs in
Iraq and Afghanistan as can be seen on the TV News.
