We also have an Outdoor World in this area and I agree that it is a
fantastic although definitely biased toward gamefish. Texas is also
fortunate to have the Freshwater Fisheries Center
(http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/fish/infish/hatchery/tffc/welcome.htm) which
has some fine exhibits although it also is gamefish oriented.

with any but if there is one I'll find it and check it out.>
Nature Centers are notoriously poor at advertising their existence. Try
calling your local Dept. of Parks and Recreation, the state Dept. of Natural
Resources or even your local Audubon Society (the birders always no where to
go).
