NANFA-- L ommata egg?

One of my female Leptolucania ommata is carrying what appears to be a tiny
egg, dangling from her vent. The "egg" is transparent, spherical and about
the size of a sunfish egg - no more than one millimeter in diameter. Is
omatta known to carry eggs this way? I've heard of fishes that produce
eggs on a filament that eventually attaches to vegetation. Is this
omatta's mode of reproduction? Does the size of the egg seem right?
Anyone?
