<< What other eggs have people eaten? I've eaten fried sunfish egg sacks--
they're kind of nutty and crunchy. My grandpa, who wasn't fond of wild game
(even though he was a farmer and hunter), loved them. I probably wouldn't
have tried them if he didn't eat them. >>
A friend of mine picked up a taste of fish eggs with his scrambled eggs.
Picked it up in Richmond, Virginina. He has folks visiting from there bring
him cans of it. Seems like they are about the size of a tuna fish can.
Maybe Moon can shine some light on it if it is a Southern delicacy.
