NANFA-- EPA/Clean water in Kansas articles

Here are a few URLs with information on the current debate on the Sierra
Club's lawsuit against the EPA concerning water standards in Kansas. I
tried to include something from each side. That way, people can make up
their own minds. But I will state that I'm not saying the plan to clean
up water is bad...I'm simply saying it must be realistic and address the
real problems with real solutions and not leave so many "gray" areas that
can be abused later.

I doubt there is any totally neutral site out there, but I haven't had
time to look to know for sure.
