Wow, that is a cool story. I one time fed my darter a worm to big and after
30min it still hadn't gone down. So I grabbed the little part of the worm
sticking out with some tweezers and yanked it out of his mouth. He was
looking pretty bad after I pulled it out but the next day he was fine. If I
had tried that with the nail and all I probably would have killed him. You
are very lucky that you didn't cut him inside.
