snapping turtle is good, but not as good as squid ceviche--squidviche
Steam a few cleaned squid, in a pan with a little olive oil. Marinate
overnight in enough lime juice to cover. For each cup of lime juice,
blenderize in one medium tomato. If that's too sour for you, pour in half
to three fourths of a cup of ketchup.
