I also have a pair of hog suckers that I have kept in a aquarium all summer.
I collected them here in KY in the Elkhorn creek early in the summer

They are kept in a 90 gallon tank along with a bunch of darters, minnows,
and centrarchids I caught this spring in Columbus OH. The tank temps peaked
around 78 derees, which is somewhat warmer than the creek they're from.

they eat well and have grown nicely
