I have breify read some of these posts, and from what I have read...one
thing seemingly being over looked here, is that if "benign" litter ( a
few cans and bottles, etc), is being dragged out of the forest by "super
suv's", then the question to ponder is ..."Am I tearing up the place MORE by
trecking through the woods with my 4x4 than the litter has hurt the place?"
We can't use a "bull in the china shop approach" to cleaning up the
environment. I mean, are we offering a treatment worse than the disease, by
saying it's ok to tear the hell out of the forest or stream floor, with
destructive vehicles as long as we haul out a few bags of litter???...
Weigh it up guys, what's the lesser of damages?...
