Hi,
If you are indeed going to be keeping your fish in a real stock tank,
(this being a tank designed to water livestock in all weather conditions)
then go back to place of purchase and acquire the accompanying heater. These
heaters are designed to keep the water from freezing. Some models of heaters
are adjustable. Check it out.
