NANFA-- Lemon Pepper Tilapia

The best tasting fish I've ever cooked was this evening. I dipped
Tilapia in egg then rolled in Cabinside Lemon Pepper breading and
skillet fried in olive oil til slightly browned. Served with white rice
plus fried zuchinni that was fried in the same skillet before the fish.
So good it melts in your mouth!

Probably will work with most fish. Next I will try catfish.
