Thanks for caring about this, Todd. I personally got the impression that
anybody was included in this statement which to me sounded like "everybody
wanting the welaka and saying he/she will try its best to breed it is only
one of those bog mouth having failed in the past". And it as well sounded
somewhat to be a fish "exclusively for people in its home country".

Maybe I understood something wrong, then I apologize. And if not, well ...
the ways of the Lord are inresearchable.;-)
