For many years now, I have purchased feeder minnows from the local pet store for about .10 cents each. This has been my spring time ritual to keep the mosquito's away in my mini pools or potted water plants. I'm especially fond of the white ones because they are easier to see. The store refers to them as tuffies, but I'm sure that is not their real name. What are these guys called and is anyone else using them in their ponds etc.?
They are easy to breed if you give them a small length of pipe to lay their eggs in.
