I wonder how much two stage (natural channel) ditching is going on out =
in IL? Based on what I see here and what I'm trying to quantify, it =
would work just the same out thataway. Step 1 is to leave the "benches" =
or mini floodplains that form in the channel. I would think that would =
more than account for some manufactured lattice or whatever the heck it =
was they were planning on growing microcystis... blech! :)
