There doesn't seem to be any interest in the fish camp, plus I am in a
bit of a crunch-in-work (I don't have a 9-5, Mon-Fri job like a lot of
folks). I am not actually canceling the event because I do have one
local person who is VERY interested in going. However, the timeline has
been shortened a bit. Instead of pitching camp on Friday, I will be
arriving-in-Merit Water Park Saturday afternoon. I don't have any firm
plans for what's left of the day - maybe just kick back and do some camp
cooking and guitar playing, and seining the creek-in-the water park.
Sunday will be the main collecting day, with a side trip to the ghost
town of Rodney, MS. I'll be pulling up stakes Sunday evening.
Anybody who wishes to attend, even if just for Sunday, is welcome. Or
if you still want to come early - well, don't wait for me, just go ahead
and set up camp. Again, pictures and directions are here:
