I was impressed by the similarity between the way children in Peru and
in Uruguay are playing on the streets and on the rivers (in Peru)
without adult supervision to the way my generation played when I was a
kid in the 30s and 40s.
My own children in the 50s and 50s also played that way. What happened
since then?
