There are many native killifish families. All killifish are native to
somewhere. In North America, which I assume you are referring to, there are Fundulus,
Plancterus, Cyprinodon, Jordanella, Lucania, Garmanella, Empetrichthys,
Rivulus (Kryptolebias), etc., etc.
