My trio of Alabamas is getting more interesting. The alpha male is heavily
tuberculated, with the parallel rows of bumps on the top of his head. His
colors are more vivid now, especially in the dorsal and caudal. And he seems
to be more aggressive. I haven't noticed spawning, but I'm only this tank
about an hour a day on most days. I threw in live black worms for the first
time in a while, maybe that'll pump them up more.

Also -- like Bob says, be sure to cast your ballot in the NANFA election!
And if you're not a NANFA member you should be. Do it as a seasonal present
for yourself, and now you can do it online-in-www.nanfa.org.
