Hi Jim,
That was part of the changes in the Constitution that we're voting on.
There wasn't a means for electronic voting in the current version.
Hopefully we can pass the revision so we don't have to go through all of
this again :)
And yes, Bob, it goes in the mail tomorrow ;)
