RE: NANFA-L-- OT: Sales of Males

I'd have to agree with the "display" of a fish idea, and wanting it to be a male in that case, and especialy with Todd's example of a darter. I am guilty as charged with that crime. I've gone out with a specific species in mind to see and bring back, say a Bloodfin Darter or Redline Darter, etc. and if I get a female in this situation I've thrown most back until I get that male I find, unless I planned on bringing back a pair all along.
