Lee:

I did a Google search for Omega One, brought up their page at
http://www.marinedepot.com/aquarium_fish_food_omega_one_flakes.asp?CartId=,
but couldn't find anything called "Freshwater flakes."

Listed are:
. Omega One First Flakes
. Omega One Veggie Flakes
. Omega One Super Veggie Flakes

Which is the one you recommend? If none of these three,
where do I find the listing of your preferred food on their page?

Also, the prices quoted-in-are WAY higher than the $11/pound you mention.

Thanks for your help and advice.

Bob

Mark,
Their Freshwater flakes are my preferred dry food for killifish, sunfish,
shiners, cichlids, you name it. However, do not buy it without researching
the
price. I get mine through a friend who gets under it a business agreement at
about $6.00/lb. The best deal otherwise would be about $11/lb. At the fish
store
it is about $12 for a few ounces.
