I can only say what the law allows, no matter how much I disagree with =
it. =20

I don't have the personal energy for this again, and if it turns into an =
issue, I'm just not even going to bother going. This is not a threat, =
it's just what I've got to give right now, which is very very very =
little. So little, that another list argument is enough to push me over =
and out for awhile. The cases have been made, anyone can find out the =
information going to http://www.nanfa.org/archive.shtml and typing =
"hellbender" into the Google bar.

OK, I am going to head this off-in-the pass. Todd, not that you in any =
way suggested, but I would hope that all of us attending would agree =
that we are not taking orders for hellbenders, right? Would we agree =
that although they are not listed (here) that it would be irresponsible =
for us to collect any, except under the most exceptional of =
circumstances? (And I do remember our discussion on this topic a couple =
of years ago ;) =20
