By whatever name, Oreochromis aureus, T. aurea: I have no hard data,
but these experienced kills in cold winters when I was in S. Texas. A
few times we had sudden cold spells in December that dropped water
temps to around 10 C overnight (from around 18 - 22 C). Many blue
tilapia died on those occasions, while native fishes survived. I
believe it was the sudden drop more than that being a critical minimum.

Since this is an aquaculture species, there should be data readily
available.

"Where are we going?" "I don't know, are we there yet?"
