August would be better than September. I enjoyed the Michigan =
Convention being in mid-August, as the schedule gets far less busy than =
June. =20

Once into September, the semester kicks in after Labor day and will =
probably cause conflicts for people who are in, associated, or have kids =
in school. This is seriously crunch time for a lot of people. I mean =
really, If we're going to put folks in that kind of a choice... Why not =
have it in late March or early April to see all the glorious colors of =
Percidae? It's not going to matter to people who take vacation from =
work or retirees, right? =20

My preference would be to not have it on a holiday weekend. Also, will
later in the year yield less colorful fish? I wouldn't scream to much
either way.
