I am trying to convert my old fish shop into a wood shop. That means I
have to get rid of a lot of stuff.
I have a bunch of odd bits ranging from skimmers and UV units and o3
generators, but these aren't in very good shape, really. I have about 40
other tanks, roughly half & half 20-long and 30-long in size, complete
with full glass top and UGF. They all have water stains on them to
varying degree, so while they wouldn't make nice display tanks, they'd
all make dandy breeders or colony tanks.

There is one item that I think may be of interest to some of you.
You know those big acrylic stand-up units which have three tiers of
compartments over a big central sump? I have one, a 250 gallon unit. If
you have a store or know of one nearby looking for one of these for
cheap, I have one for 1/10th it's original price.
It wouldn't be much to look-in-in your living room, but it would be very
useful in your fishroom. You could keep darters or shiners or anything
else that likes a water current very happy in this thing, and you could
keep several species/sexes separated. Using a slower water pump, you
could keep non-current loving fish as well, and of course it's a good
unit for keeping saltwater, cichlids, or anything else you want to keep
separated but in a small area.
I wish that I had room to keep this thing, and I know I'll regret having
sold it someday, but it's for sale if anyone is interested.
