I don't honestly know. But I don't really recall seeing street names with
apostrophes (although I'm sure some exist), so am guessing they have stuck
to the same rules for the most part. I did find one funny page on street
names though, http://www.jimwegryn.com/Names/Streets.htm and there looks
like a bunch more wierd/funny stuff on all kinds of names and other stuff.
