These guys will destroy the hair algae and can hold there own against any
offensive the cichlids might try to throw-in-them. They also do well-in-the
higher temps that you need for the tropicals. I think the only problem you
will run into with them is keeping them fed on algae. You will definitely
need to supplemnt their diet with some other plant based foods.

As a side, waht dwarf cichlids are you keeping. You can e-mail me off-list
