Like I said, i mispoke on the blotched chubs. As far as I can tell they are
unknown from the N. Fork Holston. Interestingly enough, both The Fishes of
Tennessee and Freshwater Fishes of Virginia show the Blotched occuring in
the drainages east and west of the N. Fork in the S. Fork Holston and in the
Clinch. Streamlined is common in N. Fork. P. crassilabrum records from the
S. Fork Holston, no records for the N. Fork Holston. The fish do look a lot
like Stargazing Minnows, but are, well...just a bit too "chubby"!
