Narcissus snails are marine. I think you mean Malaysian trumpet snails. They
do breed fast but are great as scavengers. Apple snails are tropical snails
and should not be kept under 75'F, and like to crawl through the smallest crack
in the hood and escape. Note that sunfish do like to eat snails, MTS are
probably yout best bet. Also, avoid native MTS, since they carry a parasite that
can infect humans.
