I have the crystal sea hydrometer and decided to test it for accuracy. I made
a calibration solution as said on reefkeeping.com and found it to be 99%
accurate. But when I added the correct dosage of Instan Ocean to my water change
bucket I found the SG to be 1.010. Whats up with this? The person who wrote the
article about calibration solutions has a Ph.D in chemistry, so I am not so
quick to doubt him.

Thanks,
Andrew
