NANFA-- dwarf crawfish

This topic was discussed a few weeks ago; however, at the time I was not
paying attention 'cause I didn't think I'd ever see a "dwarf crawfish".

However, today I was collecting gambusia to feed my belonesox (the title, by
the way, to my next swamp-funk-guitar-instrumental hit) and I caught two
crawfish, a bit darker than most of the crawfish in this ditch, about an
inch long that were "berried".
(1) Are these dwarf crawfish?
(2) How much bigger do they get?
(3) Scientific name?

By the way, if you are a crawfish gourmand, this will be a very good year
for them - they are EVERYWHERE.
