Todd,
The hognose snakes are considered slightly venomous by most herp-types,
nowadays, but not the black racer or black rat snake. I really suspect that
this guy got the snake to bite him on purpose because he didn't try to get
it off for several minutes. What some folks will do, eh Casper?

Not sure about racers, but some fella thought he'd find out with hognose
snakes. Maybe the same phenomena?

my dad always told me if they bite you they would make you sick,
infection
