Rob,

Thanks for your thoughts, and I'd be more than happy to make copies of that
tape and send them out to each region!

While I am certainly not the photographer like Dr. Rosten, Garold Sneegas,
John Brill and and a scientific-quality drawing expert like Joseph
Tomelleri, or an expert with canvas like Ken McKeighen, I would like to
spread the word about the fishes and habitats of our unique North American
species through such an easy medium as taking simple video's of fish both in
the wild and in captivity!

I also wish to recognize David Jones, who contributed the aquarium spawning
segments of Notropis chrosomus, and also Tim Wolfe of Theodore, Alabama and
Dick Stober of Semmes, AL who contributed to this video! Herb Harris, of N.
Crossett, Arkansas deserves recognition for taking Tim and I to the Notropis
umbratilis filming location, and has also taken me to observe Pteronotropis
hubbsi in their natural habitat!

Bill Ballard of long-time NANFA fame has also been instrumental to native
fish nuts by distributing fish to other NANFA members. He is an invaluable
resource of native fish information, in the eastern Alabama, western Florida
habitats.

As you can see, there is a wealth of knowledge about our native species that
is just waiting to be explored..........

I have the highest expectations that the non-game species will be given the
recognition and study that they deserve!

Best to you and yours,

BG Granier
