This is great! It even has that six-way you were looking for Moon.
But I've finally found exactly what I was looking for. Aqautic Eco
Systems sells a PVC _cage_ fitting. This is PVC that is not rated
for plumbing but is rather for building frames. Thus it is nice and
cheap. See:

http://www.aquaticeco.com/aquatic1v1/itempg.icl?orderidentifier=ID1061411981282221131&eflag=0&iteminfo4=0&itmid=2121&passitemid=2121

Or go to www.aquaticeco.com and type, cage fitting , in the search
box. Very cool!

Thanks guys for helping me chase this down.
