I have also had good results with the Carnivore pellets, but they can be
very hard to find, locally. I tend to stock up when I find them. My
Bullhead loves them as do the Crayfish.

It depends on the species of sunfish. I have found that almost all sunfish
except Black Banded sunfish will eat the hikari discus pellets. Of course
they are one of their most expensive products. The sinking carnivore
pellets are my next favorite, but also high priced. Incidentally I am
ordering soon all the different hikari pellets I have not tried yet to
test.
Since there is interest, I will report what I find out, since I have
several species of sunfish.
