I don't understand, Jake. What results and what recruitment are you
talking about? Natural Heritage Programs are poorly funded and comprised
of dedicated, bright scientists documenting rare plant and animal species,
significant natural landforms, even significant anthropological and
cultural sites (I think; someone correct me if I'm wrong). Are you saying
that you emailed the NHP in your state and felt slighted by their response,
so you want them abolished?
