I have a couple of slurp guns. You have to special order them in dive
shops. I have never seen one on a rack in a shop. They cost about $50 and
aren't much for waht you get.

They haven't worked well while snorekling. They would be better used while
diving, but I haven't been since I got them. I think they would work best
for fish hiding in tight place instead of open water. The plundger on mine
is bright blue. Therefore fish in the open see it coming and flee. Get one
with as many clear parts as possible. Atleast be sure all the parts at the
business end are clear!

I thought they were the be-all end-all to collecting too. Nothing beats a
30 foot seine and Rick Rego on the other end. Atleast til we get a boat
and a dredge or trawl.
